"The hiking I have been doing at elevations of up to 5,200 m would never have been possible without the motivation and training I have received from my personal trainer. Thanks to his authoritative advice, I was able to realize a long-cherished dream of hiking for five weeks in Tibet. "Pascal Bollmann has been working with me twice a week since February of 2004.
